Your tasks
- Planning and dispatching our local and long-haul tours
- Monitoring ongoing tours and finding quick solutions in case of delays
- Point of contact for our drivers, including questions about tours and driving and rest times
- Point of contact for customers and partners
- Optimising the utilisation of our fleet
What you bring
- Commercial training is an advantage, ideally in freight forwarding and logistics
- Experience in dispatching or as a professional driver is an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office
- Good German and English skills
- Polish skills are an advantage
- Independent way of working and a clear head, even when things get hectic
